I used moonglow pigments on memory glass pendants. I spread a little clear drying glue on one side of the glass, then whilst still wet dipped my finger into the pigment powder and dabbed it over the glue. You can mix the colours too to get what you want. When dry, I put the 2 pieces of glass together, with the pigment in the middle like a sandwich - This gives a coloured textured background. I then used stazon and stamp on top. I fix the metal frame around the glass, put a few beads on top, and you have a beautiful pendant.
