More CJ's

Another couple of CJ's. First is a stamp CJ which I decided looked very Indian, hence Rani Warrior Queen of India. I used alcohol inks, gold stamp pads, Judikins cube Indian stamps and the main stamp with diamond glaze on it. There are several gold Indian stamps on the background which don't show very well in the photograph but are clearer in real life.

My other CJ is when I was 40 - text to describe how I felt, and a quote and picture.

The text reads

40 years old, – that seems a long time ago! Well it was, over 20 years ago. It wasn’t a milestone birthday for me at all, just another birthday, so everything carried on as normal.
Then came 50!! That was the milestone for me. I took stock of my life, and thought “ There must be more to life than this”.
So I needed to change. It wasn’t easy, but I managed it. I felt I had to. Call it a mid life crisis if you like.
I handed in my notice at work, and after 17 years, moved to London. I got an admin job at a London hospital and there met the love of my life!
I have now retired, and live very happily with my new husband of 11 years.
Regrets? I love my husband and my life, so none! –I didn’t want to get to the end of my life with any “ If only I had done something about it”, or “If only”.
I don’t now, and I feel 40 again.

Hope you like them
Veronica
